FEELS LIKE A SNOW JOB

Uncle Sam (one of his very many powerful divisions) makes an error in issuing 800,000 Obamacare forms necessary to file 1040s (individual tax returns).  It seems over 50,000 of these filers have already filed using bad info.

If you or I had filed and then received a corrected 1099 or W2, we would have to amend our returns.

Not so if Uncle Sam makes the error.  If you have already filed, there is no need to file an amended return.  It is optional if it would mean a greater refund to you.

What?

Is Uncle Sam so large that he can make an error, correct the error and forgive the inconvience?

Is there no governing of government divisions by others like maybe Congress?

Time to get out my copy of our constitution.  Maybe this is ligit.  Maybe every part of Uncle Sam can do whatever it wants and then forgive any debt owed to......owed to?

Big Brother

Net Neutrality will equal regulations and taxes.  Big Brother has always regulated and taxed followed by subsidizing.

Example:  Cell phones.  Most of us pay taxes each month with our mobile phone bill.  We know they are regulated and some fear also tracked.  Then when the poor and elderly complained that the expenses were
too much for them, Big Brother provided smart phone.

Our taxes pay for the regulations and subsidizing.  Very predictable.

Today I ask about my little blog.  I have not made $1 from what I write.  I have very few people who have ever logged in and read my ramblings.

Net Neutrality will open the door for my little blog to be regulated and taxed.  It will mean the end to my little blog. 

I am upset that Congress will not have opportunity to hear details before the big vote (not theirs) which will start the wheels.  The Internet will be a utility from now on.  Regulated, taxes, and subsidized.
