It's July and it's hot. The entire nation has been scorched lately.
Bob and I appreciate our air conditioning but we also know how large the electric bill gets so we keep the thermostat set at 77 or so.
We have decided fans are important for that cool-ish feeling. We have ceiling fans in several rooms and a large fan on a stand in the bedroom.
Bob empties the dehumidifier twice a day. Keeping things dry in the basement helps. Plus the attic fan working to take heat and humidity off the top of the second floor helps as well.
