Can we learn by watching?
Over 90% of Cubans work for the government.
Recently the leaders have been lamenting how the workers are lazy and unmotivated.
As the US grows our government and more and more of us work for or are completely dependent upon big G Government, we will see lazy and unmotivated people.
I would go a step further and suggest, as my friend Star Parker does, that the cradle to grave entitlement, the government feeding, educating, healing, and entertaining generation after generation is actually enslaving people.
A land of free people with opportunities should not be enslaving people by providing everything.
It's been said the government has two jobs:
One. Teach a man to fish.
Two. Guard the pond.
Can we please learn from Cuba?
