Bananas?

New Hampshire Republican Sen. Judd Gregg said, "the Obama administration’s projections the budget deficit for the next ten years is $1 trillion per year."

We are on the road to becoming a Banana Republic. I knew he didn't mean the stylish clothing shop at the mall.

The Senator thinks if we continue spending, we will become a banana republic. That is a pejorative term for a country that is politically unstable, dependent on limited agriculture, and ruled by a small, self-elected, wealthy, and corrupt clique.

Unstable, corrupt. I would add defeated and dependent. Terms not used before for the United States of America.

Unstable and corrupt. Let us turn this around.

'til later
